Sivadevan Kumar provides the strategic vision and acts as the strong driving force behind BBS. Two decades of his association in Information Technology in various MNCs and among that 15 years of work experience with clientele in USA has helped in starting up BBS and provide a visionary path to serve customers in Human resourcing and Digital transformation. Apart from IT, he also possess 10+ years of experience in Hospitality sector. Shiva holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science.
Mohana Priya holds 15+ years of work experience in the Information Technology for Telecom domain. She has vast experience in managing multiple projects including program management, delivery management , Quality Assurance and Production support in multiple platforms. She is one of the frontrunner of making the companies CMMi5 certified. She also possesses 9+ years of experience in Hospitality sector . Mohana holds a Computer Science Engineering Degree.
Rajesh Krishnamani has over 25 years of experience in market research, customer acquisition, and CRM. He handled various research projects in Customer Satisfaction and Industrial Research in Indian Market Research Bureau. At the Gallup, he oversaw operations across states and conducted employee engagement research for Tata Group, Aditya Birla, Hero Honda and Philips. He has been awarded the Best Interviewing Manager Award and has trained globally including Singapore and Nebraska. Rajesh holds an MBA in marketing specialized in market research and customer relations.
Vijay has over 22 years of experience in the ITES sector and has managed large SPANS during his tenure. He has been successfully involved in RFP’s, RFI’s, Business transitions apart from managing core operations. Vijay has worked in companies like Fidelity investments, Google, Startek and Flipkart, managing domains including BFSI, Insurance, Telecom and Insurance. He has completed his MBA from Symbiosis Institute (Pune).
